Trane Introduces New Consumer Website

2008-11-28

TYLER, Texas — Trane Residential Systems has unveiled a new consumer Website inspired by its “Heating. Cooling. And Beyond.” marketing campaign, positioning Trane as a leader in providing year-round comfort. The redesigned residential site’s home page opens with a graphic emphasizing the four areas where Trane can provide solutions for homeowners: Save Energy, Remodeling, Repair, and Air Quality.

The “Heating. Cooling. And Beyond.” campaign and the new site highlight Trane’s expertise in climate control, home comfort, energy efficiency, and better indoor air quality.

“We’ve listened to our customers and have created a site that’s inviting and easier to navigate,” said Dave Pannier, president, Trane Residential Systems. “For example, we’ve redesigned how consumers can locate an independent Trane dealer in their community. We want homeowners to know that we’re committed to providing them with a great online experience, and we’re also dedicated to driving leads to our dealers through the site as well. It’s not just about providing families with the ideal home environment. It’s also about making sure they know we’re committed to being a valued resource and trusted partner. As the advertising campaign says, we’re reinventing how consumers think of HVAC by going beyond hot and cold, to create a home where the air is cleaner, healthier, and more energy efficient.”

Trane said it is already at work on further updates to the new site. Among the enhancements anticipated before the end of the year are a Gallery of Homes and Healthcare Corner.
